I have the same question Report abuse. Details required :. Cancel Submit. I just found the answer to my own question. Found the tiny Ribbon Display Arrow in the upper right corner of the page. Clicked it and voila the menu and toolbar reappeared. Microsoft needs to improve its Help file.
