Adam Havner joined the Paragon Controls team in August of as a Sales Engineer, working with customers on quotations and providing a technical review on orders prior to production. As Inside Sales Manager, Adam is focused on overseeing the inside sales and order processing departments.
Adam has learned to maintain a constant attention to detail and encourage everyone in his department to do the same. As Quality Manager, he oversees the ISO Quality Management System and works with Top Management to ensure that all processes at PCI are conforming to the quality standards they have established to ensure consistent quality products and customer satisfaction.
Adam enjoys mountain biking and camping and is always planning for the next adventure. When not on his bike you can find him in the kitchen tinkering with a new recipe or deep in the pages of a novel. On the weekends and his time off, chances are Adam is outdoors with friends, volunteering, or having a fresh beer at one of the local breweries.
