The potential Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Tuesday, September 20, from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent representative of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

The potential Prize winner will be required to sign and return the Releases within five 5 days of the Second Notification or be disqualified. In that event, an alternate winner may be selected. Only four 4 alternate drawings for the Prize will be held, after which the Prize will remain un-awarded.
