Next I uninstalled quick time and then reinstalled the QT4 included with the game. This ended up being a bust but when I did this both computers I tried this on ended up with a 4x4 grid problem with purple screens in the top showing the game and the broken video in the bottom. I wasnt getting dialogue skipping but more of a granny digital sound every seconds while people where talking dont know if audio sag is a term but thats what it sounds like.

I played with the settings in QT6. Also my Fifo size in millsecs is by default not sure if that makes a difference. After that the audio sag seemed to be fixed.
